Corporate Contractors receives the Project of Distinction Award in the industrial (under $3 million) category. This award recognizes the challenge of turning a manufacturing facility first built in the 1800s and left vacant in 1952 into an energy efficient, technologically advanced plant that will last for another hundred years. Corporate Contractors also met the challenge of blending this 65,000-square-foot Cotta Transmission building with the surrounding industrial park.
