Friede & Associates receives a Merit Award for the completion of the 63-unit AmericInn Lodge located on Madison's southeast side. Maintaining an unblemished safety record on this job proved to be a challenge as Friede & Associates had to deal with an urban site bound by a busy highway, busy city streets, a supper club and residential neighbors on a daily basis - and the existing facility was still open for business.
