Receiving the Project of Distinction Award in the multi-unit residential category is Stevens Construction for the construction of a 127-unit apartment building located in the heart of downtown Madison. The Embassy, which boasts incredible views of Lake Monona, Lake Mendota, the Capitol and the University of Wisconsin Campus, was completed in less than nine and a half months - just in time to meet the fall move-in date for UW-Madison students.
