This impressive kitchen, created in the Tuscan style was a complex construction project that required many innovative solutions. Planning was extremely important as the plumbing and heating pipes were imbedded in the floor and granite backsplashes were used on the counters. PVC pipe size and careful location of outlets and switches were items that had to be checked and double checked. The client was after lighting that as planned would have required 22 circuits but Van's reduced this need less wiring, yet more control with research and diligence. Working with the architects, Van's accomplished everything and more, sometimes with even a reduction in cost.
