School Specialty is a 400,000 square foot office/manufacturing facility that encountered many challenges not associated with building projects we've encountered in the Wisconsin area. Language barriers, environmental issues, and weather were constant challenges that arose throughout the construction process. With the help of fantastic subs and the level-headed acumen of Keller's project superintendent, the $10,189,442 project was still completed on time.
