When the Village at Bay Park was originally bid, it came in approximately $900,000 over the developer's budget. CCC value engineered over $800,000 in savings and worked as a team with their subcontractors and suppliers to meet the revised budget and the demanding schedule. This five building, 90,000 square foot retail center was successfully completed within budget and in just four months.
