The Deer Valley Hotel project is not only a 62-unit hotel (44,000 sq. ft.) but also a banquet facility (6,500 sq. ft.) and water park (12,000 sq. ft.). A great deal of attention was paid to details in assuring a quality job was done in timely fashion. The cost of materials and labor totaled approximately $280,000 that was completed in 2,805 hours. Deer Valley Hotel is a place that families and friends will enjoy for years to come.
