CCI's sensitive metamorphosis of this abandoned 4-story warehouse, (Building C), into a stylish residential and mixed-use facility successfully employed communication, cooperation and customization throughout the 11-month transformation. In respecting the architectural character of the 115.200 sf. building, the design of each loft unit and commercial space creatively encompassed the varied structural concrete columns and unique architectural aspects.
