The Brink Lounge Project consisted of a major renovation of the lower level of a 1900's manufacturing building located in the isthmus area in Madison. This lounge consists of a coffee bar, cocktail lounge featuring more than 1,000 bottles of wine, Jazz and Blues night club, and large rooms for group events such as wedding receptions, business meetings/seminars and birthday/retirement parties. All of these areas were constructed with exceptional woodwork that reflects a commitment to style and perfection. All woodwork, including doors and cabinets were completed by Roberts Construction Associates, Inc. employees. The Brink Lounge is a 13,000 square foot facility that took six months to complete at a cost of $1,200,000.
