our October Wisconsin Builder, we are focusing
on demolition contractors and interior design. The A List
will be determined from information you provide, and the
rankings are based on dollar volume of work put in place
during 2007. We also are asking for various pieces of
general information from each company submitting to The
A List.
The
deadline for submittals is August 1, 2008. We have enclosed
a form for you to fill out and fax back to us. The form
can be faxed to Lawrence Silver at 414-276-4416, or mailed
to 225 E. Michigan St., Suite 540, Milwaukee 53202.The
form can also be filled out below.
