Directory assistance

It's a numbers game, really.

This year's Contractors' Directory, that is.

We've taken a directory that was well received by the industry last year and updated it. Yes, calls were made to every contact in this directory to ensure that when you reach out to touch someone, you won't be disconnected.

If a plan room moved, not to worry. The new address and phone number is right here.

Maybe a new city hall was built. You'll find all the pertinent numbers for that inside this issue of Wisconsin Builder too.

Don't have a contact for Avoca? (It's a village in Iowa County, by the way. Population 615.) We do — and now you do too.

As we did last year, we've listed all the construction trade associations and plan rooms we could think of.

We've also included a list of all municipalities in Wisconsin as well as state agencies, like the Department of Transportation and Public Service Commission, you might have to call on.

Our aim is to make sure all those vital statistics are right at your fingertips should you decide to let your fingers do the walking.

But we are only human. We may have inadvertently omitted a much-needed contact or category. If so, please let us know, and we'll make sure to include them next year, when calls will again be made to each and every contact in this listing to ensure the directory's accuracy.

Call forward.
