Kim Spear is the business development and marketing manager as well as the default IT person for Scherrer Construction Co. Inc., Burlington. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994 with a business administration degree and started out with Scherrer as an administrative assistant in 1995. In the ensuing years, she took on an office management role before assuming her current position.

"This is a very hard question. I admire those who serve our country, have survived cancer and make a difference in the world."

"Travel - seeing the world is the best education."

"I lie when asked, 'Do you know how fast you were going?'"
