Gerald Nell, 73, died July 14 after being diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer. Nell was the owner and chief executive officer of Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc., formerly Gebhard-Nell, which he co-founded in 1966. His son Michael Nell remains with the firm. … William E. Sprinkmann Jr., 87, died July 14. Sprinkmann served as president and chairman of Sprinkmann Sons Corp., a nationally-known insulation contracting firm based in Milwaukee, for many years.
