Grandview Development Group, Milwaukee, plans to build a mixed-use development in Pewaukee. Harmony Outdoor Living, East Troy, plans to build a new 70,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Burlington. Burlington plans to expand one of its business parks. Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District plans to construct temporary train bridges as part of a flood control project. The Linn Town Board authorized the building and grounds committee to investigate the possibility of building a post office and department offices. In MemoriamGerald Nell, 73, died July 14 after being diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer. Nell was the owner and chief executive officer of Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc., formerly Gebhard-Nell, which he co-founded in 1966. His son Michael Nell remains with the firm. William E. Sprinkmann Jr., 87, died July 14. Sprinkmann served as president and chairman of Sprinkmann Sons Corp., a nationally-known insulation contracting firm based in Milwaukee, for many years.
